Returns and exchanges are exclusively within the company’s headquarters if you live in Baghdad
- The item must be in the original packaging
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
- Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it

المنتجات ذات الأسعار العادية فقط مؤهلة للاسترداد؛ أما المنتجات المخفضة فلا
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي استلمته بها
Shipping
- Check the product in front of the delivery representative upon receiving the order to ensure that the product matches what you ordered and is not damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
